Terms of Service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is no longer available, a price was listed in error, or we can't ship to the address given. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Most bracelets are made in very small batches and many are one of a kind, so an item can sell out at any moment. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund it.

Every bracelet is strung by hand. Beads, colors and spacing may vary slightly from the photos, and custom bracelets are Sofia's interpretation of the answers you give on the design form. Small variations are normal and are not defects.

Contains small beads. Not suitable for children under 3. Jewelry can be a choking hazard. Please supervise young children and remove bracelets during sleep, sports, and water activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sofia's String Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
