• Your order details, including custom design answers and any notes you write
• Messages you send through the contact form

To take your order, make your bracelet, ship it, email you confirmations and tracking, answer your questions, and keep basic records of sales.

• Stripe — processes payments. Card numbers go straight to Stripe and are never stored by us.
• Our website's email service — sends order confirmation and shipping emails.
• Supabase — securely stores order and message records for the shop.

Each of these providers handles your information only to provide their service to us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.

This shop is made by a kid and loved by kids, and we take that seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent or guardian being involved. Our order and contact forms ask anyone under 13 to have a parent or guardian help them, and the custom order form requires confirmation that a parent or guardian said it's okay to order.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child gave us information without your involvement, email hello@sofiasstringstudio.com and we will delete it promptly.

Email hello@sofiasstringstudio.com from the address you used, or tell us your order number, and ask us to delete your information. We'll remove it, except for the minimum sales records we're required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
