Returns & Refunds

You may return a pre-made bracelet within 14 days of delivery as long as it is in unworn, original condition. Email us first at hello@sofiasstringstudio.com with your order number and we'll send the return address.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service — we can only refund items we actually receive.

Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Custom bracelets are made to order just for you, so they are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

That said — if your custom bracelet arrives damaged, or it isn't what you asked for, Sofia will fix it or make you a new one free of charge. Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and she'll take care of it.

Each bracelet is handmade, so beads and colors may vary slightly from the photos. That small variation is part of the charm and isn't considered a defect.
