Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We are not able to ship internationally at this time, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.

Shipping is a flat $4.50 per order. Orders of $35 or more ship free. The rate is applied automatically at checkout.

Every bracelet — pre-made or custom — is made and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

Orders travel by USPS First Class. Delivery usually takes another 2 to 5 business days depending on where you live.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your package ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then email us at hello@sofiasstringstudio.com.

Once USPS has the package, delivery timing is in their hands. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will make it right.

Contains small beads. Not suitable for children under 3. Please supervise young children wearing jewelry.
